After taking dance lessons for 14 years and developing a deep love of it, I was able to buy this studio over 30 years ago and begin sharing my love of dance with others. While operating the studio, I attained degrees from the college of St. Catherine's in both Dance and Elementry Education.
Year after year, recital after recital, I never tire of seeing a child - or an adult - 'get it.' When each class takes the stage I am bursting with pride. When one of my students pursues a career in dance, I know that I've succeeded in passing my passion for dance on to another generation!
I love teaching the steps, creating new dances to display those steps, and watching my dancers develop and improve their skills each week. I believe that dance is not about competition, it's a personal journey into a better understanding and love of the art. Each dancer strives to be the best that they can be using the desire they have within and the talent that God provides them.
I hope to continue teaching and sharing this wonderful and beautiful way to express of our inner selves to others for many years to come!
